How Treatwell's booking fees work

  • Marketplace acquisition: published 35% + VAT for an eligible booking that Treatwell brings to your shop.
  • Existing and direct clients: 0% marketplace commission when they meet Treatwell's repeat/direct rules.
  • Online prepayments: 2.5% + VAT processing, whether or not a marketplace commission also applies.
  • Freelancer vs Advanced: Treatwell lists both as “Start for free”, but does not publish one reliable ongoing UK subscription price for every venue. Both UK plans invite partners to “Start for free”, but no universal ongoing monthly amount is published. The pricing FAQ refers to a monthly fee. Obtain a venue-specific quote and VAT treatment; do not model £0 by default.

Example: an eligible £30 new-client marketplace booking generates a published £10.50 commission before VAT, not including any online payment processing or monthly software cost. Actual charges depend on your Treatwell agreement and booking eligibility.
